Chris has a master’s degree in architecture and over fifteen years of construction and property management experience. After working with a premier custom homebuilder in Westport, Connecticut, Chris relocated to Tulsa 1997 to help develop new projects for BAM, LLC.

Mr. Garrett (Bud) Miles, AIA, is the principal for Miles Associates and brings over 30 years of experience as principal-in–charge for many multi-million dollar projects in Oklahoma. Bud, along with Rachel Zebrowski, AIA and Don Keen, AIA, provides Utica Place with unparalleled experience in architectural design and construction management.

Brockett/ Davis/ Drake, Inc. is an engineering consulting company specializing in civil, structural engineering and surveying. Based in Dallas, BDD has been in business since 1961.
▪ Mechanical Engineers – Flynt & Kallenberger, Inc.
F&K is a full service mechanical and electrical design firm that has provided comprehensive engineering service throughout Oklahoma and the surrounding region since 1954.

Sack & Associates, Inc. is a family owned business founded in 1991 and recognized as one of the civil engineering/ surveying leaders in Oklahoma.
▪ Design Consultant – Betty Vondracek
Betty Vondracek is a native Tulsan and graduate of the University of Kansas School of Design. She is the owner and principal designer for the Dallas based firm, Bee Vee Studios. She is a member of ASID and the American Society of Interior Designers. Betty has designed homes and offices in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
